The results: In vitro, Tan IIA promotes the differentiation of MC3T3-E1 cells by increasing the expression of Runx2, Osx and collagen I, improving the activity of alkaline phosphatase and calcium deposition. In vitro, IIA Tan promoted the differentiation of MC3T3-E1 cells due to negatively regulated miR-424, positively regulated BMP-2 and JNK activation pathways. In addition, Tan IIA activated the JNK pathway in MC3T3-E1 cells, and JNK pathway inhibition reduced the differentiation of MC3T3-E1 cells induced by Tan IIA. Tanshinon IIA has a positive effect on healing of fractures in vitro and in vivo. Overexpression of miR-424 also weakened the differentiation of MC3T3-E1 cells caused by Tan AII. METHODS: In vitro, MC3T3-E1 of pre-osteoblast cells from MC3T3-E1 MC3T3 mice were treated with Tan IIA. In addition, Tan IIA rejected the expression of miR-424 in MC3T3-E1 cells.
