Healthy Skin – When I was diagnosed with fibromyalgia

When I was diagnosed with fibromyalgia syndrome and secondary adrenal insufficiency, I was told that the systemic symptoms were severe fatigue, loss of appetite, tingling in the legs and feet and itching, problems with sweating and temperature control, excessive thirst, frequent urination, insomnia, brain fog, chronic pain, skin changes and some others that seem normal to me, but I will not go too far, because this comment will be outrageous. In this article I want to tell you how I have dealt with my own skin problems, from products that I have to eat and avoid to additives that can help, and even products that I have to use and avoid. A healthy body is reflected in clean, radiant skin, and health problems often lead to a pale complexion. Microorganisms in the intestines and skin control the health of the skin. If one of them turns out to be unhealthy, you will have a negative impact on your skin. Good skin care products such as Annmarie can help improve the appearance of the skin on the outside without disturbing skin germs. If you clean your diet and work to improve the health of your bowels, but continue to use skin products that disturb germs, you will not get positive results. But unhealthy skin microbes can lead to the same problems – like lethargy, dryness, excessive oil production, redness, scaly skin and more. Similarly, you may have the most advanced skin care program, but if your intestinal microbe becomes unbalanced, you will still have skin problems. The beneficial bacteria that live on our skin keep our skin clean and healthy – washing these good people weakens them and can even spread thebad’ bacteria that live on our skin. In fact, skin problems are part of the body’s inflammatory response – inflammation can be caused by stress, acute damage and natural intestinal leakage. Food rich in zinc – Zinc contributes to skin health, but is much more bioavailable in food than pills. However, I have never had hives due to fibromyalgia, adrenal insufficiency and hypogonadism, so there may be a connection between my skin problems and systemic diseases, but I must say it is very likely because only adrenal insufficiency and fibromyalgia are known to cause skin changes. P.S. – I approve only the products that I like – and Annmarie Skin Care does its job! Try to take a sample and tell me what you think.
