The results: In our study we found that peoniflorin effectively inhibits glioblast growth and inhibits TLR4 protein levels and their side effects in vivo and in vitro. Paeooniflorin inhibits the growth of glioblastoma in vivo and in vitro: the role of the triad-3A-dependent pathway of the ubiquitin protease in the degradation of TLR4. Our recent results indicate that peoniflorin is a potential treatment for glioblastoma due to the degradation of Triad3A-dependent ubiquitin TLR4. In addition, TLR4 overexpression in glioblastoma eliminated the effect of peoniflorin on cell proliferation, migration, and invasion. The aim of this study was to determine whether peoniflorin suppressed glioblastoma peoniflorin by inhibiting TLR4 expression. Finally, we found that peoniflorin can bind directly to the TLR4 protein, according to the results of the MST test. Mechanically, peoniflor contributed to the coupling of Triad3A with TLR4, which led to degradation. Paeoniflorin inhibits glioblastoma growth in vivo and in vitro. EMT was used to analyze the interaction between peoniflorin and TLR4 protein. In addition, CSARNA eliminated the degradation of TLR4 through the mediation of peoniflorin and UPPP.
