The aim of this study was to study the effect of Moringa alone in combination with radiation on the survival and metastatic activity of pancreatic cancer cells and tumor growth. Conclusions: Moringa reduced the survival rate of pancreatic cancer cells and metastatic activity and tumor growth were significantly slowed down. Moring reduces the survival of pancreatic cancer cells and metastatic activity and significantly inhibits tumor growth. The combined effect of Moring oleifera and ionizing radiation on the survival and metastatic activity of pancreatic cancer cells. The combination of Moring and radiation had an additional inhibitory effect, which served as a basis for further research in this combination as a new strategy to overcome the radiation resistance of pancreatic cancer cells. Methods and results: The combination of Moringa and radiation significantly inhibits the survival of PANC-1 cells in a dose-dependent manner, as proven by cloning and XTTTT-tests. The analysis of the western transfer showed that the combined treatment reduces the expression of the proapoptotic protein Bcl-2 and the main components of the DNA of PARP-1 and NF-bound proteins IκBκB IκB-α, p65 and COX-2 subunits. Possible mechanisms of Moringa cancer control may be related to the expression of PARP-1, Bcl-2, COX-2, COX-2, COX-2, COX-2, COX-2, p65, p-IκB-a and others. Moringa significantly inhibited the growth of subcutaneous cell tumors generated by PANC-1 cells in bald mice. Pyruvate reduces the inhibitory effect of combined therapy on cell survival. It is recommended to consult a licensed physician before performing any natural, integrative or conventional treatment. Immunohistochemical analysis has shown the antiproliferative and antiangiogenic effects of Moring’s drug.
