If you’ve tried to change your behavior, get rid of a habit, or develop a new one, but you can’t keep it, asking for help may be the last step you have to take. The complexity of a particular behavioral change can be measured by the type of habit we are trying to break, the way we perceive the complexity of the change, the benefits of the behavioral change, and finally, the environmental factors that surround us during the implementation of the change. Why is it so difficult to break old habits? Why is motivation never enough? It is a process of behaviour change. In its simplest form, behaviour change is the process of breaking old habits in order to acquire new ones. The morality of history and the environment have a great impact on us! If the intervention to change behaviour is effective, we must take it into account. In order to make New Year’s decisions, we must master the art of behaviour change. From environmental factors to difficulties and rewards, they all play a role in behaviour change. What was your experience in the field of behaviour change? Did you see this as a scientific process? We need to have sufficient motivation to make a decision to change behaviour. The problem is that learning how to change one’s behavior requires much more than motivation.
